Hemant K. Batra, recipient of the prestigious Mahatma Gandhi Seva Medal, is an International Corporate, Business & Strategist Commercial Lawyer with more than 22 years of diverse experience; his practice is concentrated across the globe. He is a connoisseur of International Business Law, Cross Border Investment Policy & Procedures, Commercial and Transactional Law, and Corporate Law.
