ACES Institute reserves the right to review, edit, or reject submissions at its sole discretion to maintain quality, relevance, and editorial standards.

6. Trainer Applications (“Become a Trainer”)

By applying through the Become a Trainer page, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The information you submit is accurate and complete.
  • Acceptance into the trainer network is subject to ACES Institute’s review and approval process.
  • Approved trainers may be subject to separate agreements governing engagement terms, remuneration, and code of conduct.

ACES Institute reserves the right to revoke trainer status at any time if a trainer breaches these Terms or acts in a manner inconsistent with the Institute’s mission or values.

7. Programme Participation

By registering for any Programme, Event, or Workshop organized by ACES Institute, you agree to comply with all event-specific rules and instructions.
ACES Institute reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel programmes due to unforeseen circumstances, and will endeavor to communicate such changes in a timely manner.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all materials are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties.
ACES Institute does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, nor that any defects will be corrected.
